Awards & Recognitions: Every year, Rs&Rn gives out the “Emerging College of the Year Award” for higher education institutions in the four categories of placement, research, infrastructure, and academics. It also gives out the “Academic Department of the Year Award” for educational institutions’ programs (branches/departments), the “Best Principal” Award for principals of higher education institutions, the “Rs&Rn Excellence Researcher Award” and the “Rs&Rn Young Scholar Award” to research.

Rs&Rn Excellence Researcher Award (ERA) / Rs&Rn Young Scholar Award (YSA):
The purpose of the Rs&Rn Excellence Researcher Award (ERA) and Rs&Rn Young Scholar Award (YSA) is to reward researchers for their work that has been published in reputable international journals or conferences in order to encourage them to continue their study. The aforementioned names will be given to more than 100 research articles from diverse areas.
All of the aforementioned titles have the same application procedure and rewards. Excellence Researcher Award will be the default title for the prize, although those under 35 who request it will instead receive the Young Scholar Award title.
Rs&Rn Best Teacher Award / Rs&Rn Education Excellence Award:
This honour is given to teaching professionals in recognition of their excellent instruction, active involvement in professional activities with students, participation in joint research projects with students, strong academic standing, and development in their field of specialisation. He or she must currently be employed as a professional and have a minimum of one year of teaching experience.
Rs&Rn Best Principal Award:
The professional efforts and academic successes of a person in the field of education are recognised by Rs&Rn. The “Best Principal Award” will be given to the principals of higher education institutions in recognition of their significant contributions to the institution-building process as well as their illustrious careers as management academic role models well-liked by the student, faculty, and researcher communities.
Benefits for Recipients:
- Book Publication is FREE.
- The awardee’s name and the specifics of their research paper (in the event of an ERA or YSA) will be noted on a hard copy of the certificate bearing the appropriate Award Title and a Memento.
- A Rs&Rn Membership worth Rs. 1,435 will be provided. All participants will receive a Membership ID card and Certificate.
- The names of registered participants and their photos will be published in the Rs&Rn Yearbook, which will be distributed to more than 5,000 subscribers and come with a digital copy.
- He/she will be considered as a reviewer for our Rs&Rn International Journal and a certificate will be issued for the same.
- His/her information will be shown on the page for our awards department.
- Help with computer programs such as Grammarly, Quill Bot, and others.
- Platform to participate in RS&RN International Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops with reduced registration fees, and also you can be the guest speaker.
- Recipient’s photos will be published on the Rs&Rn Website.

The candidate for the award must submit one of his or her best research articles. The Rs&Rn Review committee will decide on awards based on the technical weight of the work, standards of the publication, impact factor, citations, etc.

Any teaching faculty with at least one year of experience can apply for this award.

- Justification for the award (includes instructional strategies, student interaction, planning technical events for the students, projects, and publications created in collaboration with your students)

Rs&Rn Best Principal Award:
This award is open to principals of higher education institutions who have at least one year of principal experience.

- Details of workshops organised as Convener (with titles and details)

- Any positions in society (ex: technical/non-technical journal member, editor, reviewer etc.)
- Other than Rs&Rn, previously received award certificate (If any)
